Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26, 1978, in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She is known as an actor for Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira has been a part of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime from March 2020. The organization is an integral core team for multilateral engagement as well as an analyst for the Assassination Witness program. In her work with GI TOC, she focuses on assassinations - including disappearances - and violence of other forms in relation to illicit economics. Research interests focus on the effects of organised crime on human and humanitarian rights, and legislation and policies. Ana Paula has an LL.M. Cum ex laude (with the highest distinction) of honors in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. Fundacao Getulio Vargas has awarded her an LL.M. the cum laude is for Public Law. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with a magnacum laude degree in Legal Science and Social Sciences. Her legal experience includes four years of practice with a firm that is specialized in public law litigation. Past experiences include assisting in roles with non-governmental agencies based out of Rio de Janeiro or Geneva.
